Excellent Location and Friendly Service
central location helpful staff excellent breakfast well trained staff
I appreciated the central location a short walk from the main square. The staff was helpful they readily provided useful information. The breakfast had excellent options it offered much variety. I found the hotel very easy to find upon my arrival. The staff was also very knowledgeable offering recommendations for local attractions.
The minibar items filled the fridge. I wanted to store my own items inside.

The hotel provided a free upgrade to a superior classic room. This room included a separate shower. The room was kept clean as new daily. I also appreciated the tasty and varied breakfast options. They provided rolls specifically for those needing gluten-free options.
The on-site parking was difficult to access. Staff assistance proved essential for navigating entry and exit.

super clean hotel excellent location helpful staff clean rooms
the hotel was super clean, and the location was excellent. the staff provided train and flight information, very helpful. the hotel is only two blocks from the main plaza, perfect for exploring. i found the rooms to be nice and clean.
the only very minor inconvenience was that my room was in the annex building, requiring a lift to the third floor, followed by a short staircase.

friendly staff great breakfast unavailable room separate rooms
The staff was very friendly. I appreciated that. the breakfast had a good selection of fresh fruit and meats. Everything tasted great. it was very close to the square, convenient! the location was also nice and quiet.
The quadruple room i had booked was no longer available. we were offered two executive rooms, but they were not ideal! my family would have been happier in the original room. we were not even in rooms that were next to each other. Made it harder to keep up with my family.
